    Our race proven Powerglide 2 Speed Transmission is the result of 2 years of testing, modifying, and racing this transmission. We are finally satisfied that we have a 'drop in' solution for a 2 speed with reverse, and the security of a true park pawl. Stock this transmission can handle 1000 horsepower, but we have optional gear sets that are rated up to 3500 horsepower applications. The wide variety of gear sets, shifters and parts for this transmission make it ideal for your modern EV conversion. We run this unit without a torque converter, so it's a true direct drive transmission with a manual shift valve body. The case is so strong it has a SFI 4.1 rating which means that there is no required external scatter shield for NHRA and other drag racing associations. Included with out Powerglide kit is a billet shorty tail housing, an external 100 psi hydraulic pump for providing pressure at idle, and an MSD RPM window switch for controlling the external pump. Also included are all mounting flanges and hardware for mounting to a B Face EV motor. For other mounting requirements or flanges, please email our support team.
    Transmissions are custom built to the application and have a 4-6 week lead-time to build.
